About Us
Humble Beginnings
The Hawaii Heritage Center was founded in October 1980 and incorporated as a 501(c)(3) non-profit. The HHC was created to support efforts to educate, preserve, and perpetuate knowledge of the history, heritage, and culture of the diverse ethno cultural groups in Hawaii.
Visit our gallery filled with displays showcasing historical information and exhibits on Hawaii’s multi-cultural background for a nominal entrance fee of $1/person.
Gallery hours: 9am - 1:30pm Monday - Saturday. Closed on Sundays.
